Colour’s Chris Keevill knows all about campaign fever. 2008 marks Chris’ second year as Chair of Halifax Regional Municipality’s United Way. In years prior, the Colour President was heavily involved in annual United Way Executive Campaigns and these days, Chris balances his Chairman duties with endorsing CCL Group’s always-anticipated Executive Campaign.

This experience, combined with a strong sense of community and a passion for everything he does, makes Chris a banner guy to head the Board of Directors. 

And it’s a designation he does not take lightly: “I think I share the same passion as many of the CCL Group employees for the community that we live in. Steve Parker has set a great example and I am happy to follow in that legacy. Now its up to all of us to make a difference and The United Way is the best way that I know of where dollars go right to work where they are most needed” , says Keevill.

HRM’s United Way has been committed to supporting its community since 1925. Their mission is simple: to work with people in the community, and improve the lives of those around them. The organization brings together a diverse mix of people, resources and skills so that everyone in the HRM community can live life to the fullest.

United Way works to ensure people have the support they need by funding programs and leading social change. Volunteers, donors, neighbourhoods, and community partners work with United Way Halifax to achieve community change.

Chris Keevill will be spreading the campaign spirit as CCL Group ramps up for its 2008 Executive Campaign. With leaders like Keevill, CCL Group member companies are inspired and determined to make this year’s campaign the most successful yet.
