The Canadian Cancer Society's Relay for Life, 2008

CCL Group was once again represented at the Canadian Cancer Society's Relay for Life in Halifax this year. Eighteen people either fundrasied and/or participated in the event as part of a team from Blue Ocean Contact Centers.

The 12-hour, overnight event is held annually and this year the team raised over $3,400! All proceeds will go to the Canadian Cancer Society to fund cancer research as well as support services for those living with cancer.

A very generous donation of $650 was made at the Relay by Atlantic Lottery Corporation in support of a Blue Ocean team member who bravely participated in the event's annual head shave.
