BLUE OCEAN NAMED FINALIST FOR
BEST CONTACT CENTER OUTSOURCER

ContactCenterWorld.com has announced that Blue Ocean Contact Centers is a 2010 finalist for Best Contact Center Outsourcer in the Americas – one of the top accolades in the contact center industry awarded at this year’s Top Performers Awards.
This is the fifth year for the awards program which honors internal and outsourced centers, Agents, managers, service providers and technology vendors.
“These awards showcase the best in our industry,” says Andrew O’Brien, SVP Business Development for Blue Ocean. “We’re thrilled to be nominated alongside other organizations offering world-class products and services to enhance the customer experience.”
Blue Ocean shares its nomination with fellow outsourcers Connextions, health care specialists based in Orlando, Inktel, a Miami-based direct marketing company, and Vangent, a health care services specialist for the US government headquartered in Virginia.

Finalists were selected based on company strategy, technology, products, recruitment and training programs, facilities, employee satisfaction and performance. Award nominees will meet and share best practices and ideas at ContactCenterWorld.com’s annual Top Performers Conference in June. Winners will be selected through a voting process by delegates at the event.

Award recipients will be announced on June 12 with this year’s winners going on to compete for the World Awards in Las Vegas against winners from Europe, the Middle East/Africa and Asia Pacific in November.
