BLUE OCEAN HONORED AT ANNUAL INDUSTRY AWARDS
Blue Ocean Contact Centers took away a silver medal for Best Contact Center Outsourcer in the Americas at the Contact Center World Top Performers Awards this year. The awards were held in Orlando, Florida and included in-house and outsourced centers from North, Central, and South America. “We are extremely honored to be chosen as the silver medalist for Best Contact Center Outsourcer,” says Blue Ocean Marketing Manager, Stephanie Pelley who accepted on behalf of the company. “We believe this is a testament to the great work we’re doing, not only for our clients, but for our staff and in our community as well.”
The awards program was part of a larger conference put off by Contact Center World as a venue for the best in the Americas to network and share best practices.
"We get invited to a lot of conferences but in our industry, it's difficult to find one that is so concentrated on showcasing and rewarding what we do,” says Stephanie. “The Contact Center World Top Performers conference focuses on exactly what we do which is provide outstanding, front line customer service in the contact center.” |

The award winners were announced at a gala dinner following 3 days of sharing best practices, ideas and networking, and were chosen by the conference delegates based upon presentations. “It was a real honor to be included amongst such a vibrant group of people,” says Stephanie. “Everyone in attendance was there because they are leaders in their industry and it was a privilege to be honored by our esteemed peers.”

This is the fifth year for the awards which honors internal and outsourced centers, Agents, managers, service providers and technology vendors.
